What can I donate?
We mostly accept running and non-running vehicles such as cars, trucks, vans, trailers, RVs, boats, and even airplanes. The unwanted vehicle should be in a ‘complete state’ and can be donated by the registered vehicle owner. We do not accept:

A vehicle that has an insurance claim or lien against it

Q: What options for donations are available?
Ans: We can salvage non-running vehicles to generate funds for your chosen charity. We can also sell or auction your vehicle off for the purposes of generating funds if the vehicle is in running condition with a good engine and transmission.
Q: My car has not run in years. Can I still donate it?
Ans: Yes, we accept non-running vehicles as well. Once you submit the information about your vehicle online, we will contact you to confirm the tow arrangement for your vehicle.
Q: How do I donate my vehicle?
Ans: After filling out your vehicle’s information and clicking the Donate button, you will be given the opportunity to accept the terms that the net sale proceeds from the sale of your vehicle will be donated to the charity of your choice. This is a binding authorization that you agree, we will act as your agent to sell your vehicle to generate a charitable donation on your behalf. We can only accept vehicles from the registered owner of the vehicle, and you will need to provide the current vehicle registration as proof of ownership. The donor name(s) you enter on our site must match exactly with the vehicle registration.
Q: What if my vehicle is not registered?
Ans: The submission of legal proof of ownership is mandatory. Therefore, you need to submit the current vehicle registration even if it is expired. If you do not have this, you need to get proof of last vehicle registration letter from your local registry office.
Q: What if I do not have insurance?
Ans: We can legally tow your vehicle for recycling or auctioning off the vehicle.
Q: How will my drivable vehicle be picked up for an auction?
Ans: After selecting ‘Auction my running vehicle,’ we will review the vehicle information you submitted to ensure your car is suitable for the auction process. Various factors such as the model type, age, condition, and location of your vehicle may make it better suited to the recycling process and if so, we will advise you of the appropriate direction. We want to ensure the best sales method so the charity receives the most benefit. Whether we tow your car for auctioning or recycling, it will be towed by a professional towing company.
Q: When will you pick up my car?
Ans: Generally, we will try to schedule removal within hours. However, same-day service is normal and only in rare circumstances where the distance to travel beyond the city limits is hindering same-day service, you can expect service the next day. We will always keep you informed in advance of an appropriate time.
Q: Can I donate my car to another charitable group?
Ans: You simply need to inform us to whom you would like to process a donation for and we will arrange it for you. Whether or not the organization you choose is or is not registered with the federal government to receive donations and offer tax receipts is out of our control.
Q: Is my donation tax deductible?
Ans: You will receive a tax receipt from the charity that you have chosen.
Q: When will I receive my tax receipt?
Ans: After the sales of your vehicle and our accounting process are complete, we will send you an email confirming your donation has been sent to the charity. Further, you should get your tax receipt from the charity within 6 weeks approximately.
